A Banoffee Pie Mess

My first attempt at making Banoffee Pie was exactly the opposite of the blogger below.  My toffee was cooked too long and was not hard, but very hard to cut.  A quick jolt in the microwave before adding the bananas and cream did the trick.  Click on link below.
