Traditional Bread Pudding

The bread pudding that I make is also an Irish recipe, but a little different from this one.  Mine is lighter and has cream in addition to the milk, and an extra egg so it comes out lighter, like a custard.  What I like about this recipe is that you can change it up by switching out ingredients.  I’m not sure that would work with the lighter version.
