BEST MOMENT AWARD

I am happy to report that I have been nominated for the Best Moment Award by Jean at Pearl Street Gallery.  I have been following her blog for awhile now and she posts some really wonderful photographs.  Go have a look….

This award was apparently first presented by MomentMatters.com.  It is awarded to people who live in the moment, the noble who write and capture the best in life, and the bold who remind us what really matters, savoring the experience of quality time.  I would say that photographers especially fit into this category since they capture specific moments in time, but the same can be said for cooks, bakers and many other types of blogs.

The rules are simple.  To be truly worthy of this honor, I must create an acceptance speech either by video or written speech post, and then also pass the award on to 15 other bloggers whose work I admire.

So, I’d like to thank Pearl St. Gallery for nominating me for this award and also the nearly 250 people who follow my blog regularly, reading my posts and viewing my photos.  It’s inspiring to know that people actually enjoy my photographs and try my recipes!
