EASY GREEN BEANS – Gluten Free

2 – 8 oz packages green beans

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoons Dijon or stone ground mustard

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.  Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.  In a large bowl, combine green beans and oil.  Spread in an even layer on prepared pan.  Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached.  In a small bowl, combine vinegar, mustard and garlic salt.  Drizzle over green beans, tossing to coat, then serve.
