CRUNCHY TACO CHICKEN

What I like about this recipe is that you can use the coating on small drumettes and wings for appetizers, or on larger pieces for a main course.  You can also use a variety of salad dressings other than ranch.

CRUNCH TACO CHICKEN

2 cups crushed tortilla chips

1 envelope taco seasoning mix

12 small chicken drumettes

3/4 cup ranch salad dressing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.  Combine tortilla chips and taco seasoning mix in a shallow dish.  Coat chicken with salad dressing, then with tortilla chip mixture.  Arrange in prepared baking dish.  Bake for 17 minutes.  Turn over chicken.  Bake until cooked through about 8 minutes longer.
