Another quick recipe for a chicken casserole.


4 cups chopped cooked chicken

1 – 10 oz can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup chopped pimientos

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

6 refrigerated biscuits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, onion and pimientos in a large bowl and mix well.  Spoon into an 11 x 7 inch baking dish.  Bake for 7 minutes.  Sprinkler Cheddar on top of the chicken mixture.  Arrange biscuits on top of Cheddar.  Bake until biscuits are golden, about 12 minutes.
