LOADED BAKED POTATO DIP

This recipe suggests serving this dip with waffle fries, but I think it’s good with vegetables as well.  You can also cut back on the fat by using reduced fat sour cream and cheese.

LOADED BAKED POTATO DIP

2 cups sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

8 strip bacon, chopped and cooked

1/3 cup minced fresh chives

2 teaspoons hot sauce

Mix the first five ingredients until blended; refrigerate covered until time to serve.  Serve with hot cooked waffle-cut fries.
