EASY ROASTED APPLESAUCE – Gluten Free

Another thing to do with apples.

ROASTED APPLESAUCE – Gluten Free

Wash whole apples, place on a rack and bake at 350 degrees F for about an hour.  Cool, then slip off the skins and pull out the core.  Press the pulp through a sieve, add pan juices from roasting process, and season with sugar, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and a dash of salt.
