TANGY BROCCOLI SALAD

I don’t like cooked broccoli, but I enjoy it raw in a salad.  Here is one that is really fast to put together.

TANGY BROCCOLI SALAD

3/4 cup light mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons white vinegar

6 cups small broccoli florets

6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

1 small red onion, chopped

Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl.  Add remaining ingredients, mix lightly.  Refrigerate one hour before serving.

NOTE:  To change this salad up, add 4 cups loosely packed torn lettuce or spinach leaves and/or 1/4 cup raisins just before serving.
