Another salad suggestion for the post-Christmas meals.
CRANBERRY PEAR SALAD
Whisk 3 tablespoons each cranberry sauce and olive oil, 2 tablespoon orange juice and 1 teaspoon each honey and Dijon mustard. Toss with 5 ounces baby greens, 2 sliced pears, 1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese and salt to taste.
