PARMESAN ACORN SQUASH

Another squash side dish idea….

PARMESAN ACORN SQUASH

Halve 2 acorn squash, slice into 1/2 inch thick wedges. Toss with 1/4 cup olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, grated Parmesan and salt. Roast at 425 degrees F, 30 minutes.
