I usually use Marie’s cole slaw dressing with a little extra vinegar and white pepper whenever I am making cole slaw in a hurry.  However, this recipe is also fast and easy.


1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon celery salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

2 – 16 oz bags tricolor coleslaw mix

In a bowl, whisk together mayo and next 6 ingredients.  Add coleslaw mix, tossing to combine and coat.  Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
