Making these for Super Bowl Sunday!

SALTED PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY BLONDIES

Whisk together 1-1/4 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt.  Whisk together 2 large eggs, 1-1/2 cups light brown sugar, 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter, 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla; fold in dry ingredients.  Scrape batter into a buttered 8 x 8 inch baking pan.  Dollop with 2 tablespoons strawberry jame (I use a little bit more).  Top with one tablespoon chopped honey roasted peanuts.  Bake at 350 degrees until a tester comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.  Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.  Makes 16.
