This is an old view of Murphy’s Atlantic Hotel, in Railway Road, Tramore, County Waterford, Ireland. The building is still there but it is no longer a hotel. At one point I think it was used as some sort of hostel.

The card is postmarked 1923, but the skirt lengths on ladies’ dresses dates it a little earlier, I think.
