Murphy’s Atlantic Hotel, Tramore, County Waterford, Ireland

scan0301This is an old view of Murphy’s Atlantic Hotel, in Railway Road, Tramore, County Waterford, Ireland.  The building is still there but it is no longer a hotel.  At one point I think it was used as some sort of hostel.

  1. Lovely old pic. Have you any idea of the date it was taken?

    • The card is postmarked 1923, but the skirt lengths on ladies’ dresses dates it a little earlier, I think.

      • No, it’s a postcard published by the hotel, no photographer listed.
