FROZEN RAVIOLI = FAST LASAGNA

I had not thought about this before…but I recently read the following in a cooking magazine and it’s a wonderful idea for making a fast lasagna- like casserole in short order!  The assembly is fast and cooking time is about 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.

FROZEN RAVIOLI = FAST LASAGNA

Use frozen, defrosted ravioli and layer with ricotta cheese and spaghetti sauce (I mix the ricotta cheese with a little bit of mixed dried Italian herbs).  Also add some shredded Parmesan and Mozzerella to each layer.  Top with sauce and more cheese and bake until bubbly.
