This combines two of my favorite flavors, and I use it on chicken or pork tenderloin. cooked anyway (baked in the oven, sauteed on the stove top or breaded and fried).
HOISIN CRANBERRY SAUCE
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat through. Then simmer for a few minutes before serving.
