I like this recipe because you can add extra vegetables to it if you want…I often put corn in mixes like these, and tomato sauce can also be added if you like. GARLIC BEEF and TOMATOES WITH PASTA Cook one 16 oz pkg uncooked bow tie pasta, drain and cool.  In a large skillet, cook one pound ground beef until no longer pink, drain.  Stir in two undrained 14 oz cans diced tomatoes with garlic, one rinsed and drained 15 oz can white kidney beans, one thawed 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, squeezed dry, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; heat through.  Serve over pasta.
