Here is another quick summer recipe which uses up strawberries when they start to get really ripe!


14 to 16 oz ripe strawberries

7 oz low fat or non-fat milk

1 – 81 oz container Greek yogurt, either plain or strawberry flavor

Hull and chop the strawberries.  Put the strawberries into a food processor and blitz until smooth.  Mix in the milk and yogurt.  Blend.  Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and attach the tops.   Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours until solid.  Warm the molds with your hands or under warm water to release the pops.  These will keep in the freezer up to 2 months.
