There has been a lot of discussion in my office lately about sangria recipes.  What we are learning is that everybody has a favorite recipe or two and no two batches turn out exactly the same.  Here is a recipe for white sangria which uses both peaches and strawberries.

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup brandy

1 cup sliced peeled fresh peaches

1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

1 medium lemon, sliced

1 medium lime, sliced

3 cups chilled dry white wine

1 can lemon lime soda, chilled

ice cubes

In a pitcher, mix sugar and brandy until sugar dissolves.  Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine and serve over ice.  NOTE:  If you leave this in the refrigerator over night, it’s even better!
