Aunt Helen Strikes Again – June, 1935

This photo was taken in June, 1935  in Sierra Madre, California at the home of my father’s aunt and uncle, Helen (Marlin) and Tom Warden.  The photo was exposed on the left side which cut my father off.  He wrote on the back, “At Aunt Helen’s June, 1935.  Aunt Helen took this one and its just like all the others she ever took.  We all told her to be sure to get our feet.”  That’s my father on the left, my mother, and James Warden, son of Helen and Tom, on the right.
