CRUNCHY GREEN BEANS WITH RADISHES

Another use for radishes at this time of the year.

CRUNCHY GREEN BEANS WITH RADISHES

12 oz fine green beans (I use small French beans) trimmed

1 bunch radishes, finely sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

juice of half a lemon

Cook the green beans in boiling water for 4 minutes until slightly tender.  Drain and toss with the radishes, drizzle the oil over all, add lemon juice, toss and season to taste.
