CHILLED RASPBERRY AND CHILE SOUP

This is an unusual combination of flavors, I think, but worth a try!

CHILLED RASPBERRY CHILE SOUP

4 cups fresh raspberries

4 ripe bananas, peeled and cut up

1 cup fresh orange juice

6 oz carton plain low fat yogurt

2 tablespoons agave syrup or corn syrup

2 fresh jalapeno peppers, minced

Whole fresh raspberries

IN a blender combine the raspberries, bananas, orange juice, yogurt and syrup.  Cover and blend until smooth.  Stir in minced jalapeno peppers, then refrigerate at least one hour (preferably longer).  Serve in small bowls.  Garnish with raspberries.
