This is another one of my eBay finds. It is labeled Irish Music Teacher with Old Bagpipe and Students, Cork, 1904. Note that the bagpipe is an Irish bagpipe, which is different from a Scottish bagpipe. Irish bagpipes are also known as Uillean pipes and the method by which they are filled with air is different than their Scottish cousins. The little girl on the left was obviously a dancer!
