I don’t have any instructions for these, but they were another family favorite. They melt in your mouth!
BUTTER BALLS
8 oz butter (one cup)
8 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
2-1/2 cups flour
Mix thoroughly, then roll into one inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees until lightly browned. While still slightly warm, roll in powdered sugar. Store in air tight container. These get better after they are stored for a few days.
