Kerrygold is one of the top dairy producers in Ireland. Their butter and cheese are available all over the U.S. (and probably the rest of the world as well). They used to have an award winning Swiss cheese that I really loved but we don’t get it any longer in California. I buy their butter for special baking and there is a variety of cheddar and other cheeses available in most large stores. Skellig is just one type.
