A friend who lives in Texas gave me this recipe. When I went to buy the Rolo’s at the store, I found the recipe on the back of the bag. It’s easy and as my friend said, it’s a great combination of crunchy, sweet and salty that a lot of people like.   I try to make some of these each Christmas.

ROLO chewy caramel candies in milk chocolate, and the same number of small pretzels and pecan halves.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.  Line a cookie sheet or two with parchment paper or foil.  For each pretzel treat, place one pretzel on the prepared sheet.  Top each pretzel with one ROLO candy, placing it directly in the middle of the pretzel.  Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until caramel piece is soft, but not melted.  Remove from oven.  Top with either a pecan half or another pretzel, pressing down into the ROLO so that the caramel and chocolate nearly cover the pretzel.  Cool completely.

NOTE:  My friend suggested these go in the freezer for a  few minutes to reset the chocolate.
