My Dad – RJ Marlin – 1931

scan0118cThis is a snapshot of my dad, Ray J. Marlin, taken when he was a teenager.  The sweatshirt he is wearing says —–something High School Bulldogs and has a bulldog in the center.  The last three letters of the first word appear to be ING, but not Conway where he went to high school.  His mother, my grandmother, wrote something on the reverse but it cannot be read clearly due to being stuck into a scrapbook at some point.  Something about “Geering Book 1931”.  Must have been a neighboring high school but I have not been able to find any information on it.

  1. Goes without saying (saying it anyway) that family photos are priceless; thank goodness you have your own and I’m grateful that I have mine. You’ve inspired me to share them. I just need to figure out how!
