This is a very early image of the main street in Blackrock, County Dublin, Ireland. That’s the Ulster Bank on the left and Alex Findlater & Co. on the right. Note the town clock and the double decker tram in the center of the street. The buildings look Georgian.

I know, it’s really frustrating, isn’t it? I have a lot of color photos from the 50’s that are really in bad shape. One of the reasons I am trying to get everything on this blog…just a very slow process!
