Easy Peasy, Lemon Squeezey!

 

This is a recipe for lemon bars and the crust is made from digestive biscuits rather than graham cracker crumbs.  The only digestive biscuits I have at the moment have been dipped in dark chocolate…I wonder what sort of crust that would produce or if it would work at all?
