I have an air fryer and often use it for stir frys; it’s also great to use in the summer so you don’t have to turn on the stove or oven. Here is an interesting stir fry recipe using ground pork and green beans:
SPICY PORK STIR-FRY
In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons canola oil. Add 1/2 pound ground pork; cook over moderately high heat until nearly cooked through. Drain. Add 3/4 pound thinly sliced green beans; 4 dried hot red chiles and 2 minced garlic cloves; stir fry over high heat, 7 minutes. Stir in 1-1/2 tablespoons each soy sauce and lime juice; season with salt and white pepper.
NOTE: IF you like really spicy food, you can up the amount of red chiles.
