A Tip About Pearl Onions

When you need to save some time, instead of classic caramelized onions, go for frozen pearl onions.  They don’t require peeling or slicing, and caramelizing is quicker.  Saute the frozen pearl onions (no need to thaw) in a little oil and butter with a very light sprinkling of sugar for ten minutes and you will be amazed with the results!
