I don’t like REALLY hot anything, but this dip can be made to taste with as much, or as little, hot pepper sauce as you like. I make it with just a small dash to give it a bite, but it doesn’t leave a lingering hotness in your mouth. See below.
HOT HONEY MUSTARD DIP
In a small bowl, whisk 1/3 cup Dijon mustard, 1/3 cup honey, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and hot pepper sauce such as Tabasco, to taste.
Great served with everything from pretzels to veggies.
