I love anything that is lemon flavored. I buy and/or make lemon curd to use as filling for layered cakes; I buy lemon powder, lemon sugar and Meyer Simple Lemon Syrup (all from King Arthur Flour); I make and freeze my own Meyer lemon juice when these lemons are in season. It goes on and on, and I collect all recipes using lemon as a main flavoring. Here is a great recipe for iced lemon pound cake:
