PORK AND GREEN BEAN STIR-FRY

Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large wok over medium high heat.  Slice 1-1/2 pounds pork tenderloin into 1/4 inch thick slices and season with salt and pepper.  Brown pork in hot oil in 3 batches, about 3 minutes per batch.  Transfer to a plate.

Add one 5 oz package sliced shitake mushrooms and 4 cloves sliced garlic to wok.  Saute 2 minutes and stir in 3/4 lb green beans (haricot verts).  Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Stir in 1/3 cup stir fry sauce (any flavor you like) and then add pork.  Heat through.  Serve with steamed white rice on the side.  Serves 6.
