HAUNTED WELL on PIER ROAD, TRAMORE, County Waterford, Ireland

I plan to be in Tramore on my next trip to Ireland, and I am going to try to get some history on the “Haunted Well.”  Everything says that the spirits of the dead are sometimes seen at the well around midnight, but I know little else about it.  I did read that it is bricked up but that water still flows down to the pier from the well.  My friend who grew up in Tramore can probably shed some light on this, so I will report back with a contemporary photo.
