BLOG MUSINGS

I’ve been looking at the stats and messages for this blog and it’s interesting…I have people who like the recipes (especially baked goods), people who like Ireland, people who like the photos, and people who tell me to stop posting so many photos and write more!  Oh, and I mustn’t forget the few people who wrote to tell me not to put up photos of them!  This for all sorts of reasons–everything from bad hair days to fear of Irish tabloids!  I obviously can’t please everyone all the time, so I will continue to blog as the spirit (or muse) moves me about the things that interest me.  This week I have a new recipe to post, and some interesting old photos, which may be of interest to you.  Or not.  Oh well.
